away from it all but within easy access to all of North Devon, Mid Devon
and North Cornwall
General: Central heating in
every room plus a super log burner in the lounge. The central heating boiler is situated outside the property but guests have full control over the heating.
Linen: provided. (towels not provided)
Fully carpeted throughout. Games,
jigsaws and book collection.
Domestic: Tumble dryer, dish
washer, freezer, fridge, hob, microwave, double oven with grill,
washing machine, solid oak fitted kitchen, iron, night lights,
smoke alarms, torch, payphone in the lounge, etc.
Living: Fireplace, sofa, armchair,
rocking chair, payphone and internet access point (up to 6 meg).

Bathroom: Bath, shower, sink and toilet. Totally refurbished with new electric shower, bath etc in 2007!

Bedroom1: 1 four-poster
bed with single bed, built in wardrobe, drawers etc. Cot The cot is a full
size wooden one with mattress. It fits in either bedroom.
Bedroom 2 Full size bunk
beds with built in wardrobe, drawers etc. This is a very small room ideal for youngsters or one adult.
Entertainment: Audio
tape player, CD, radio, Sky TV, stereo system, Stereo
teletext TV, video player. DVD player. All in the lounge.
Swimming Pool The 30' by 12'
tiled indoor pool has a shower and toilet, underwater lights,
swim jet and full air heating and dehumidification. It is shared
with ourselves but guests have priority. It is totally private
and has its own lockable entrance. The pool surround was replaced and the pool refurbished in January/February 2007 at a cost of several thousand pounds. Outside: Gas fired barbecue,
garden, parking for at least 2 cars. Play area with swings, slide
and tree house. Suitability : Children very
welcome, pets not allowed (there are already lots of animals here!!), unsuitable for very elderly or infirm,
wheelchair inaccessible. (Three steps up to front door.) Smoking: Guests are requested
not to smoke in the property.
