Booking Conditions - Keep for reference
Provisional bookings remain firm for one week pending
return of booking form and 33% deposit.
The balance is due 6 weeks prior to the arrival date.
Non payment by the due date will be treated as cancellation.
CANCELLATION will be subject to the following charges
- More than 42 days 25%,
- 15 to 41 days 75%,
- 1 to 14 days 90% (of the total price).
Cancellation insurance is available from most insurance brokers, however, we will send you details of one scheme on request.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE For one or two week bookings the cottage is available from 2.00pm on the day of arrival to 10.00am on the day of departure.
GUEST NUMBERS The number of people occupying the cottage must not exceed 4 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 3 children without written approval from us.
SMOKING Guests are asked not to smoke in the cottage.
PETS We are sorry but we cannot accommodate pets.
CLEANING, DAMAGE, BREAKAGES The cottage should be left clean and in the same good condition as found. Any breakages should be reported and we reserve the right to charge for any non-trivial damage.
In the unlikely event of your cottage being unavailable for reasons beyond our control, e.g. fire or flood damage, we will endeavour to find similar alternative accommodation or give a complete refund. No further liability will be accepted.
The use of the accommodation pool and grounds are entirely at the Hirers's risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury, loss or damage to the Hirer or the Hirer's companions or guests.
